DENNIS KASPAR - OWNER/FOUNDER
Dennis founded Viatrac Fertilizer in 2015. His passion for agriculture and innovation stems from a family legacy that began in 1898. He has a background in manufacturing and production but has been heavily involved with agriculture since graduating Texas A&M in 1985. An entrepreneur at heart, he is constantly thinking about ways to improve existing agricultural models with an emphasis on conservation. He continues his passions to this day while overseeing a family ranching operation with his son spanning three counties in South Central Texas. Faith, family, and friends are where his treasures lie.

BRETT BANNER - SALES
Brett grew up in the city but moved to the country as fast as he could. He graduated college with a degree in business communications and has been developing his professional skill set since 1992. At the core of his work Brett believes that it's all about creating and managing good relationships. One of the most satisfying parts of his role at Viatrac is learning from experienced farmers while helping them bring their soil to its full potential. In their spare time, Brett and his family own and operate a local ministry in Nacogdoches.
ZACH PRATER - SALES
Zach grew up on a rice and soy bean farm. He got his start working at a young age doing "all the non-glamorous jobs". In 2009, he graduated with a plant science degree and worked with an agriculture consulting business for several years afterward. This experience gave him a broad, but detailed, perspective on many different aspects of modern agriculture. As a part of the sales team at Viatrac, he works with both growers and retail stores. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys being near any type of river, lake, or ocean.
VAN VANLANDINGHAM - SALES
Van grew up on a small cotton and livestock farm in North Mississippi. His journey began with deep roots in agriculture and continues to guide him to this day. He became a 4H National Field Crops winner, received a B.S. in Animal Science from Mississippi State, and is a lifetime member of both the Houston and San Antonio livestock show. He enjoys working with the people and places that are tied to the land. In his spare time, he can be found hunting, fishing, and golfing.
CLINT PEKAR - SALES
Clint grew up near the legendary town of Shiner, Texas. He loved every minute of living in the country and remembers fondly the way his Grandfathers and close friends were farmers and ranchers. Being exposed to agriculture from a young age left a lasting impression on him. After spending most of his adult career in medical sales, he eventually realized that he wanted to work with folks who had a similar background and mindset. Once he discovered Viatrac Fertilizer, he knew he had found a higher calling. He enjoys spending time with his three precious children and amazing wife. In his spare time, he can be found in a deer stand, duck blind, or fishing somewhere offshore.
